By accessing or using CraftListing AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not access or use our services.
2. Service Description & Listing Generation
CraftListing AI provides an artificial intelligence platform to assist Etsy sellers and creators with listing copy generation, SEO tags, titles, and descriptions. While we strive for high relevance and search performance, you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before publishing to third-party marketplaces.
3. Credits and Subscriptions
Listing generation utilizes credits. Free sign-up credits (3 credits) are non-transferable. Subscription credits renew monthly. Pay-as-you-go credit packs do not expire. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any product images, titles, and materials you upload. You own the generated output produced by your account. CraftListing AI retains all rights and interests in the underlying technology, templates, and algorithms.
5. Limitation of Liability
CraftListing AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Etsy, Inc. We do not guarantee specific sales volumes, marketplace placement, or revenue outcomes.
